That is really cool.
Did you see how quickly this 'community' rallied around a common cause and ponied up resources to do this? Amazing social revelations about the NFL, the economy, the Internet, and basic people (in certain ways) a lot like us. I didn't contribute to the billboard hoopla in Denver last year but I confess I wanted to see you know who. I think it had an effect in some way to the QB situation. I will be interested to see what happens in KC. public opinion looks to be about 1:1 |

^^ Yes, it did but nothing like the Tebow billboard because most don't give a **** about the Chiefs.

Did they do it? I watched the game and didn't see anything or hear them talking about it. I might have flipped to redzone channel a couple times or had to scold the kids but I relish watching KFC lose week in and week out.

The banner flew before the game (because it's illegal to do some during a sporting event) and it didn't gain the attention because Eric Winston's cryfest overshadowed it.
There were several reports that Clark was not happy though. |

I bet no one at the stadium saw it because they were either making out with their sisters or working on their camero's in the lot.

It got a minor amount of national attention. There are news stories on NFL.com, ESPN.com, and CBSSports.com from various writers about it, but nothing that was front page or anything.
Instead, it got a lot of attention as a footnote. Many of the articles written about Winston being butthurt mentioned things like "on the same day that a banner flew calling for Cassel to be benched" and that kind of thing. In the end, it got the local sports writers riled up, and the word is that it definitely got Clark's attention. That's progress. (Oh, and the cause has raised about $3500 of the $650 needed to fly the banner, so this won't be the end of it.) |

Yet you keep telling us we are brockback? What that has anything to do with Denver is all on you. If you want to play that game, you better accept it yourself. At least there was a hint of truth what Steven said about the camaros.

Still I don't think they started selling out until the 90's. |
