We have them in Denver........and oh, in case you hadn't noticed......NO's defense is absolute garbage. They are giving up about 31 points per game (4th worst in the league).

Well our schedule spotted SD a 2 game lead so it's going to be close down the stretch. We need to win this game next week or it's going to be a struggle to the top the rest of the way. I see 9-10 wins and about the same for San Diego. The key will be to take care of the teams you should beat but I would bet a large sum that both teams will lose games that they shouldn't. We know that KC or Oakland will have a chance to win games against both San Diego and Denver. I see this race for AFCW division coming down til week 17.

I hear you.....but I'm not too worried about that one. As I say....their defense is garbage.

And as for our remaining schedule......only SD, Cin and Balt have winning records. In fact, the rest have at most 1 win each....not even 2-3 records.

SD 3-2
NO 1-4
CIN 3-2
CAR 1-4
KC 1-4
TB 1-3
OAK 1-3
BAL 4-1
CLE 0-5

We knew from the beginning that the first 6 games would be brutal.....and then it gets SIGNIFICANTLY easier....

I remain very optimistic.....

Beating a dead horse here.....but if we don't turn the ball over 4 times each to Atl and NE.....we probably win those games.....no, LIKELY win those games. This team doesn't need more talent.....they just need more TIME.....ahem, and stickem' for Willis and DT.

Let's be careful with that too. We have a losing record as well, so we should be cognizant that records at week 5 are much more than meets the eye (incidental Transformers reference)

The Patriots didn't have a winning record when we played them either. Shouldda taken the candy from that baby.

Our offense perhaps could win that many games. Our defense however, won't. No way we just lose one more game, unless our D makes major strides. Some teams are going to rack up points, and we are 29th in turnover ratio. Unless our D improves, we will probably lose 2 or 3 games just because of them. So I see 3 or 4 losses.

Our offense and running game in particular is just not potent enough to make up for our lack of turnovers and defensive woes. Manning threw for over 300 yards last week - didn't do us a whole lot of good.

That puts us at 10-6. I do think we sweep the division except for KC. We like to play down to at least one divisional team.

I know everyone is writing off the Baltimore game as a loss, but this defense is not a great defense, Peyton Manning, I believe, is 5-1 against Baltimore and one of Flaco's faults is that he does hold onto the ball a long time. VonDoom could dominate this game. I'm not saying they will win but Baltimore does not scare me like N.E. or Pittsburgh.
