But then Moss never ruined any teams - so far TO has left San Fransisco, Philadelphia and Dallas in shambles.

Dennis Erikson ruined the 49ers, that guy is a disaster. TO helped put Philly in the superbowl and Dallas had winning seasons every year TO was there AND the year after he left.

I'm sure the "Randy Ratio" was great for teams.

Yards per game TO has 72.8 for a career, Moss has 72.3 and that will be continue to dip because he has been a disaster for 3 straight years now. TO at least had a 72 catch 983 yard 9TD season to finish his career (at 2 years OLDER than Moss).

TO gets blamed for way too much ****, not many came to play on Sunday like he did.

That's almost more of a praise for Moss. He basically wasted two years in the prime of his career being ignored by Purple Drank Giant and he's still finishing toward the top in most receiving statistics.

3 Years with Young = to 3 years with Brady....maybe. Cunningham was no joke of a QB though, and Culpepper's career may have taken a dive but he was a 3 time pro bowler in Minnesota. TO also had Palmer after he got ****ty and All-pro Fitzpatrick in Buffalo. Pretty much a wash in QB talents.

Speaking of All pro...I do believe TO was named All-pro 5 times to Moss' 4. Of course Moss still has a chance for another one since he is playing lights out.

If that was the case, then why didn't Moss elevate the Play of Walter, Mccown and Jamarcus as well? Did he suddenly become a lesser receiver or was Culpepper better than he's given credit for?

I don't want to discredit the ability Moss had, that's not my point. My point is that if I were putting together a team and had to pick one of those guys, I'd pick TO, because I know for sure that I am getting 100% every play.

I love champ, and don't want to get away from topic, but Both Woodson and Champ are all time greats and are close enough that an argument could be made that Woodson is better. I woudn't argue it, as I prefer Champ, but it wouldn't be a ridiculous stance to take.


Oh yeah: and I never once said TO was "Better," only that he is more consistent. Not too far fetched considering one guy takes plays off, the other doesn't. Moss easily had the most actual talent.

I dont know what either's numbers are.

But I've not seen Marshall ever sprint away from a secondary like DT. Not saying it hasn't happened, I just don't recall ever thinking Marshall was a fast guy. Big, powerful, difficult to bring down, but not fast. DT seems faster to me.

Actual numbers (or lack thereof) aside, it's hard to argue that DT isn't notably faster on the field than Marshall.
