Or do their usual and change the subject and worry about Romney's dog or Palin's hair. Anyway, this video just came out and not only does Obama lie, but he's a race pimp, but some already knew that. Gushes over Reverend Wright, the guy he threw under the bus by pretending he didn't know his "God Damn America" mentality. Obama the liar. The liberals do not want this guy vetted and would rather now know what he's all about. They'd rather worry about inane crap about his opposition.
Exclusive: In heated ’07 speech, Obama lavishes praise on Wright, says feds ‘don’t care’ about New Orleans [VIDEO] "The racially charged and at times angry speech undermines Obama’s carefully-crafted image as a leader eager to build bridges between ethnic groups. For nearly 40 minutes, using an accent he almost never adopts in public, Obama describes a racist, zero-sum society, in which the white majority profits by exploiting black America. The mostly black audience shouts in agreement. The effect is closer to an Al Sharpton rally than a conventional campaign event." Obama begins his address with “a special shout out” to Jeremiah Wright, the Chicago pastor who nearly derailed Obama’s campaign months later when his sermons attacking Israel and America and accusing the U.S. government of “inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color” became public. To the audience at Hampton, Obama describes Wright as, “my pastor, the guy who puts up with me, counsels me, listens to my wife complain about me. He’s a friend and a great leader. Not just in Chicago, but all across the country.” By the time Obama appeared at Hampton, Jeremiah Wright had become a political problem. Wright told The New York Times earlier that year that he would no longer be speaking on the campaign’s behalf because his rhetoric was considered too militant. And yet later in the Hampton speech Obama explicitly defends Wright from unnamed critics, a group he describes as “they”: “They had stories about Trinity United Church of Christ, because we talked about black people in church: ‘Oh, that might be a separatist church,’” Obama said mockingly. That’s not, Obama says, what is happening in majority-black New Orleans. “What’s happening down in New Orleans? Where’s your dollar? Where’s your Stafford Act money?” Obama shouts, angry now. “Makes no sense! Tells me that somehow, the people down in New Orleans they don’t care about as much!” It’s a remarkable moment, and not just for its resemblance to Kayne West’s famous claim that “George Bush doesn’t care about black people,” but also because of its basic dishonesty. By January of 2007, six months before Obama’s Hampton speech, the federal government had sent at least $110 billion to areas damaged by Katrina. Compare this to the mere $20 billion that the Bush administration pledged to New York City after Sept. 11. Moreover, the federal government did at times waive the Stafford Act during its reconstruction efforts. On May 25, 2007, just weeks before the speech, the Bush administration sent an additional $6.9 billion to Katrina-affected areas with no strings attached. In the prepared version distributed to reporters, Obama’s speech ends this way: “America is going to survive. We won’t forget where we came from. We won’t forget what happened 19 months ago, 15 years ago, thousands of years ago.” That’s not what he actually said. Before the audience at Hampton, Obama ends his speech this way: “America will survive. Just like black folks will survive. We won’t forget where we came from. We won’t forget what happened 19 months ago, or 15 years ago, or 300 years ago.” Three hundred years ago. It’s a reference the audience understood. What is it with this clueless Romney bunch anyway ?
Can't find any recent actual dirt ? Obviously Obama's preacher has had no effect on his presidency. This will last about as long as that 15 year old "redistibution" audio/video tape which was taken out of context just like the "you didn't build that" BS. GET A CLUE and some new ideas. Time is about out and your reaching is becoming desperate. On the other hand Romney keeps giving us new audio/video to go along with his greatest hits. Like shooting fish in a barrel. |

Old story from 4 years ago when he was already a national POTUS candidate, speech was covered by the media at the time.
Also, he spoke facts that are incredibly accurate. Shows right wing dishonesty though. Two privately owned buildings in the middle of the richest city, the heart of one of the richest states = $20M, an entire city in an otherwise poor state = $110M. Somehow that means the entire city was obviously the recipient of great gov't. largess. And this is ignoring just how much money the Bush admin funneled from relief to their corporate overlords. |

Stopped reading after this sentence... not a credible or serious source. If you disagree, then you're not being intellectually honest.

You would think Dinglebarry and his buddies would eventually tire of starting right-wing disinfo threads only to see them discredited within minutes.
But I guess these clowns are the poster children for the "post-truth age." |

Get used to this crap. All the right wing web sites and news outlets will be ratcheting up the crazy. People like the person who started this thread will be foaming at the mouth because they fall for such nonsense.

The really sad and scary thing about this thread is that barry probably votes. But provides another example of the clueless merely voting for an R, any R.

The fact that our president is racist, victim-oriented, incompetent, and militantly anti-capitalist is not exactly a surprise. People have chosen their sides already, so this will have little effect on votes, IMO.
It speaks more to the mainstrea media and its rabid need to protect Obama than it does Obama, at this point. Again, not a surprise. |

What's also not a surprise is how clueless and duped you are. All of your points are stupid, but particularly the bolded. Seriously, dude? You can't be this stupid and unaware. Check out the stock market (doubled since Obama took office), corporate profits, etc.Quote:

There is some truth to what he says. The media in this country is no longer holding everybody accountable all the time. I see it. Anything you read or see anymore is subjective and packaged as news. It's not objective and it's mostly op/ed...again...packaged as news. How can you call youself "FOXNEWS" and be all op-ed. You have to go investigate it for yourself. The world has changed too...in the 80's if I wanted governemnt information I'd have to send letters and maybe I would get an answer. Now I can download the lateest CBO report for example in minutes and have almost full disclosure. Technology has made the media as lazy as anyone else. And why shouldn't they be lazy...technology is replacing them.
