The Chiefs wish they had a John Elway to bring in when they have a dumpster fire out of control....instead, they talk wistfully of bringing in Marty as a consultant.

Ouch.

Seriously, is there anybody in that entire organization, past or present that can lead the franchise? I can't think of one from the 'Chiefs tree' and clearly trying to graft the Patriot tree never works.

I like posting on rivals message boards because the Chiefs message boards have too many optimistic people who think that every player is great and there are no problems in the franchise.

Being on other boards gives you a sense of realism regarding your team, you know?

I was thinking the same thing when I read that. Right now? This is a franchise that hasn't even been to the SB for almost 43 years, hasn't won a playoff game in 19 years, has only won 3 playoff games since that SB. And now the team is a problem? These are some slow people.

Thank goodness that we have an owner who actually cares about the team. When he saw McD was going nowhere, he made a change. Clark Hunt has been accused of caring more about Sporting Team KC soccer...

First, I can vouch you aren't a troll.

That said, I completely disagree. I think other team's boards can be good, but not rivals. Most of them will say you suck anyway. All I read on the Chief, Charger and especially Raider forums is how Manning is basically a slightly younger Steven Hawking.
