Wasn't that the year that Urlacher missed?

Cutler though is one of only a few current NFL QB's that sponsor a charity organization. He does do his share for the community. That has to be pointed out in any Cutler-bashing thread. He's far from a charming kind of guy, but he's not the most evil guy in the world.

Though Cutler hasn't had much for weapons in Chicago. His best year as far as Rating goes was his rookie year with an 88.5. Its to bad we never did anything with the draft picks we got in return.

Wow 90% of this discussion seems to be trying to prove or disprove something about Cutler, and all it seems to prove is that Chicago was a better team than Denver when Cutler was traded.

What am I missing??

Better team are you joking?

last night 14 points were put up on the screen by the Defense.. PERIOD does anyone believe that (God I can't believe I;m saying this) Romo has five picks without the drops, mis-routes and tipped balls if it was not the defense turning the game for them..

Even with the their Offense was 2 points better than Dallas was.. take out those two pick sixes and it is a 20-18 win for cutlet..

cutlet has won loads of games because of that defense and their ST's .

he has had some whooper games for them.. but when your teammates are defending your actions that everyone in the outside world find immature/childish at best, something is wrong..

As was very clear in my post, I was talking about the two team when Cutler was traded. Why are you talking about last night's game?

In other words, he is an average quarterback, or if you're of the opinion that since a quarterback touches the ball all the time he should have a positive impact on wins, he's below average.

Put them together and you get:

Denver with Cutler 17-20, after Cutler 20-28.

Chicago before Cutler 29-19, with Cutler 25-17.

Denver was a below average team when Cutler was here, and they've been a below average team since. Chicago was a good team before Cutler, and has been a good team since.
So your telling me rookie/young qbs generally dont win... Well color me surprised

I don't think anyone would raise any objection, quite honestly.

Are you saying that?

Because Cutler's playoff win came against a team that finished its season with a losing record.
