I think KFC will win just enough games to lose out on the best QB prospects and end up taking another reach at DT in the 1st round.

I doubt it.

KC will be in the top 10. And what teams will need to draft a first round QB? 1/3 of the league has a rookie or 2nd year QB! So I don't see them giving up on them so soon.

I was thinking the same thing. I assume Barkley and Geno Smith will go top 3 and hopefully KFC gets the 3rd best QB (Bray I guess?) and ends up mired in lower mediocrity for another 5 years.

KC has a decent enough defense, and enough talent on offense to keep them from getting a top five pick.

Detroit could give up on their QB, I bet the Jets could be in the running for a new young QB especially if Ryan gets run out of town, then there are the Jags, the Bills gave a big payday to a turnover machine, Cam Newton is the new Vince Young -how long with Carolina put up with that, Freeman could be out in TB, will Palmer retire or Allen even want him around?

That is 7 teams not including KFC right there, figure maybe half stay or draft another need and it looks like KFC could be reaching on another DT in the 1st round if they don't lock up the overall pick in the 2013 draft.

Detroit is not giving up on Stafford. No way. I can see Buffalo. No way Carolina gives up on Cam after what he did last year, I can see Freeman being replaced and I can see Palmer but that's it.

I think KC will have a better draft position than Buffalo, NYJ, TB and Carolina.

Literally see 5 wins top for us with this catastrophe.

I hope the chiefs pick top 5 with either Geno or Barkley still on the board, and pioli is still the gm and he takes a giant reach on a guy like Landry Jones or Logan Thomas..

well even though I didn't like the pick, the Broncos did take Twighlight. Point being that the Broncos really didn't need Twighlight, but they took him because the Broncos think he can develop into a franchis QB, ok fine, we shall see. But KC needs a QB, but instead of taking a flyer on a guy in the mid rounds, nope, hell no! They are sticking with Cassel.

Now, they will be forced to draft a QB in the first round and I don't care what people say, the bust potential of a first round QB (or any first round pick for that matter, but especially for a high first round QB) is huge.

Moeaki is not even close to Tony Gonzalez or Antonio Gates' calibre, and speaking of Gates...

Berry got clowned by Gates so often in that last game, Berry had to resort to grabbing Gates' jersey and getting PI calls to stop him.

It was almost sad the way Gates was schooling Berry...and Crennel just left him out there on an island to get schooled over and over again...
