Well since I am newer to being a fan of football then pretty much everyone here it isn't a shocker that you are a longer fan of the Broncos than I am. I respect that you have watched them longer, what I don't respect is the way you talk to people on here (and no, you aren't the only one I take issue with this on in that regard). You may have more years and more knowledge of the team as a result, but that doesn't equate to it being okay to patronize and degrade those who disagree with you. You remind me of Clint Eastwood telling people to get off his lawn. At any rate, enjoy the games this season. I have no doubt they will be exciting and maybe I will get to see some when I move back to the US, but probably not since I am not going back to Colorado now.

Give us old guys a break. I'm only 61 and I went to Bears games before there was a Denver Broncos.

I remember many games there and how much construction had to be done to make it into a football field..

they used to have a damned fine AAA team watched a lot of future stars in MLB play for and against us..

Although I do have to admit that the hotdogs were also a big attraction.

as long as they can hang with the youngins, I am cool with you old farts. If it wasn't for old farts still breathing, us middle agers would then be considered the old farts.

Even worse is liking the team you have now and forgetting about your ex, right? I mean you guys hold onto this **** like he dumped you on prom night or something. Get over it, he's gone. He's up and down, he'll never be elite is a fair guess at this point--but who gives a crap? Denver squandered his value and got crap in the draft for him, and Chicago seems to have gotten another journeyman at QB.

If you think we talk badly about Cutler you should hear his team mates.

Anyone else think that this could be an article about Cam Newton in a few years?

not me brother, I saw through this punk almost day one.. never wanted him on the team never wanted him drafted.. was even more pissed at Tanahan for moving up to get this POS Punk..

We did not need a QB as much as we did a DT and more DL help.. throw in some OL guys also..

but we had to have the stronger arm than Elway guy the one QB no one on th staff talked to prior to drafting him..

Almost the ultimate FUBAR for Tanahan but not quite was a top five one though..

I loved Plummer, but I liked the Cutler pick too. I admit I was wrong, but hell, it's time to move on right?
