Someone smoke alarm going off

What would you do?

I had that happen... called my dad every 5 minutes back... and told me not to worry about it... Than before someone else was came i walk outside to see if i could see smoke in windows, smell smoke or feel any heat... nothing

i check the door nothing and no smoke or anything.

Guy name Joe tries to crack teh door open i knock on it early and not one person was there. he didn't feel or smell smoke.... and told me not to worry about it.

Well i called non egermemcy line and explain it... the guy said he send some guys to check it out. Well good god i did.

Some moron left food on the stove on HIGH. when the firefighters open that door... there was smoke two more firetrucks came with lights etc...

I believe if i never called some people likely could or would of died.

So next time a alarm is going off... as long as its not more than 5-10 minutes call or check on the person.

smoke alarm... was going off since 6:30pm what i was told... i got back by 7:21 and i called about 7:41pm

the firefighters just told me next time i am not sure... call the 911 let dispatch handle it. But they also said thanks
