The Cleveland Steamer

I have been to Cleveland once when Elway went into the HOF, met a bunch of Bronco fans at the Rock and Roll Fashion HOF (what a waste of time) you could tell they have been trying to revitalize the downtown area but parts of it were postapocaliptic (SP?) I couldn't imagine living there in Feb with the breeze coming off the worst lake of all the great lakes.
