Even Manning's father said on the local radio station during an interview Elway was the best he'd ever seen, because of his range and talent.

Archie may always root for his sons, but he isn't a fool.

Popps, link is dead. Any chance you can find this image. Gave me tons and tons of chuckles back in the day.

Bad news is the link to Popp's pic with Manning and sunflowers is broken. Gawd I love that one. Maybe someone can dig it up.

Bumping this thread as if this game means he isnt awesome is your big mistake. I am sure it isnt the first nor the last. I would take him anyday of the week to be a Bronco QB.
Thanks TJ for the link. Boy I am on target!

Think I might've posted a negative Manning comment in this thread. I just want to take this opportunity to take it back.

I'm with John Elway in saying that I hope when its all said and done Manning is looked at as the greatest quarterback of all time.

After last year it feels like I died and went to football heaven.

That was something else. First game with a new team, presumably after installing a somewhat new offense, first game trying out the no-huddle -- that was amazing.

Yep. I'm officially converted. This may only be for two or three years, but they are going to be an exciting two or three years.

Peyton's head is big to house that huge brain he's got.
The guy besides having athletic talent to play the position, is cerebral as hell!
He's awesome!

He already is, at least by people who know what they're talking about.
