Miami wastes another golden oppurtunity. 1st and goal from BC 7 and get only a FG.

Miami 34 BC 23. This game could have been over. Now we have to hold on....needlessly.

BC is killing themselves. Nice recovery Gunter. Now stop dicking around and run the ball with the Duke

Taylor Martinez does look greatly improved in his passing mechanics. 25/32, 338 yds, 4 TD after three quarters. Hope he builds on this rest of the way.
Martinez learned a thing or two from the QB guru's.

TD Malcolm Lewis. Another true freshman!

That's probably the game. Canes 41 Golden Eagles 23.

That's the conditioning work the team did in the summer. They got stronger over the course of the game and wore them down.

Why they weren't giving the ball to Duke every time, I don't know, though. Duke is a MONSTER.

A little too much prevent. 41-30. Offense needs to kill some clock now.

Awful calls by Jedd Fisch. You don't throw it twice like that when there are less than 5 mins left. You leave BC with 2 TO's.

So we're going to blow an 18 point 4th quarter lead?

Awesome.

Is there indisputable visual evidence though?

I think the officials probably made the wrong call, but there isn't indisputable evidence to overturn it.

Ruling stands, as there isn't indisputable evidence. No TD for BC.

Now just run it 3 times and avoid a safety.

Botts takes the safety to waste time. 4 seconds left. 41-32.

Miami 41 Boston College 32 Final.

Good road win in ACC play, even though it was scary at the end. Def. Line is a big problem. Good heart fighting back from being down 14-0. Impressive start for having 34 freshman and sophomores on the two-deep.

Player of the game has to be true freshman Duke Johnson. 135 yards and 2 TD's on just 7 carries. Stud!

I don't know how good the talent/team is but at least they look to be well coached.
