Anyone else get the early release of madden? Ive been playing as much as i can and i must say im rather impressed with how polished the game is...there is still a few bugs but not as many as last year. The franchise mode is much more in depth almost to the point where you have to skip alot of stuff or it takes forever. Manning is awesome on there and hillman is a beast. Overall the Broncos can now run with any team online we have plenty of good players....joe mays is even an 80 rating. Tell me what you think what dont you guys like about it?

I've been an avid Madden hater for years now. I have to admit that I am a fan of the new release of Madden.

Its pretty damn good.

Can middle linebackers who are two or three yards past the line of scrimmage still jump up and knock down, or intercept passes that are headed 40 yards downfield?

This single handedly made me sell my copy of madden last year. It was retarded.

Damn good, only issue is when play is over the players can look a little floppy, but I can live with that if the actual game play looks like it does now.

Nope, they fixed it. Interceptions happen just the way they should now. On deep throws and if you can't time your passes right and throw it on zone coverage and the guy is sitting in the middle of the route.

I can't say that I've been pissed with any of the interceptions i've thrown, as they were all my fault and deserved. Throwing over coverage is so awesome though. Those linebackers sure do look unhappy.

Good deal. That was the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a game. Not only could mlb intercept balls they should never be able to touch, but a lot of times they would do it one handed!

I'm glad we'll be able to compete with other teams for once...

Idk how many games I lost purely off of low ratings.

It was so frustrating when you'd throw a pass and some old **** like Brian Urlacher would jump ten feet in the air to pick it off.

This. Still don't know if I want to get it though. When I get pissed off more times than not, then it's not a very good game.

In detail, other than the physics, what is so great about this game? I always wait and judge the game when you can play it online to see if people pick the same plays all game long...

Overall im very impressed with the game. The passing game is almost too good...makes me giggle like a schoolgirl throwing with manning...still getting used to the exp point system...its much better than the random progression of the past....and the game is deep...been playing for 2 days and im on like week 9....id have to say totally worth the 85 bucks i paid for it.

Just another money grab, $25? I'll wait a couple days.

I'm having a tough time finding any negatives about the game. Does it have some bugs, sure, but nothing worth noting. I was the biggest madden hater the last few years but damn has this thing changed my mind.

First game vs Atlanta online

24-0 when he quit with 5+ mins left in the 3rd.

Manning had 120 and 2 TDs, Hillman had 50 and 1 td. Harris had 2 picks for like 90 return yards (got ran down on the 3 lol)

God it's awesome having a QB that can just carve a def for once!

Caldwell isn't ****. I put Hill in at #3. Caldwell dropped 2 TD's and I was done with him.

Btw, I hate how it's slow as ****. Really screws over our pass rush...

Can't really get the hang of defense. Not getting much pressure at all even if I slide, and overcommit one side everyone gets picked up every time.

Champ has a couple dropped picks that hit him right in the hands (weird, not like that's been happening for years).

DEN Playbook has no good formations. Switched to HOU- Kubes.

Is it just me or is it a 100% passing game now? Running is almost pointless because of how much time you get passing with the game slowed.

i rule at running gotta be patient and follow blocks....defensive line controls suck i usually jsut play as a MLB its easy unless theyre all rushing then just take the worst DT.

Rule at playing this game.

Dont.

It's total ****. No point in even picking defensive plays. It just ends up being whichever computer decides to make more plays.

Seriously. Defense is so ****ing worthless. Stupid game. It's just whichever computer decides to make a play that wins.

I'm considering putting the game up on CL tonight.
