Terrell Owens had a very impressive workout Monday in Seattle, a league source told ESPN's Ed Werder, and it is expected that the Seahawks will try to sign the free-agent receiver.

Owens' time in the 40 was below 4.5 seconds, a source told ESPN.com's Mike Sando.

Terrell Owens is a freak of nature from a physical standpoint.

It doesn't surprise me that he can run a sub 4.5 40 time.

I don't doubt he is capable of coming in and producing 60 receptions for 800 yards and 8-10 TDs if given the opportunity.

A lot of team's don't need the distraction, but I think at this point in his career, Terrell Owens needs the job and needs the money, so he will keep his mouth shut and not be as much of a distraction as teams think he will be.

That said, I don't want the distraction on my team....but I'll be happy to watch the sideshow if he plays for Seattle or any other team.
