Hey all, anyone in for another year of fantasy football? Had a very good, active turnout last year for being the second OM league, definitely want to do it again if anyones interested.

I'd like to enter but I heard people who run OM money leagues don't actually pay out winnings when they lose. Pretty sad I say!

To the best of my knowledge that was not an issue in our league last year.

Tsiguy I am in for another year. Any thoughts on using Yahoo instead of NFL?

It should be noted that the reference to not getting paid has nothing to do with tsiguys league. It has to do with a claim made against Oskie and myself that has been addressed several times over and happened the season before last.

Another thread was ruined by this claim and the mods moved the thread to the horses butt where it belongs. I don't want another thread derailed, especially when the thread starter had nothing to do with that episode.

I think I'm gonna sit it out this year but I can speak highly to Tsiguy's league. It was well run and some good guys (aside from ol' boy "forgetting" to pay).

Only thing I'd suggest is this year, make it known what is paying and the amounts ahead of time. Aside from that, it was fun.

Was I in last year? In the one with the my football league website that cost 50 bucks? Had the weekly pick em pools and the survivor pool. 20-24 in the league with 2 conferences. I'd like to do that one again.

So why don't you explain what happened, or point to a thread where it's been addressed? Then everyone is satisfied, no?

It has been discussed in several and more than addressed. Even the mods have spoken on it.

Gonna get more messy. I just contacted league safe. Card was delivered to the requested address and the card now shows no balance. Plus I have PMs from his brother confirming that they got it squared away. Odd that this is just coming up 6 months later. I would have been raising hell weekly if I was out that much in prizes.

i am interested but it somewhat depends on how the wagers are set up and the average amount of those wagers.. is it a buy in and then a weekly head to head wager between players or buy in and then a weekly wager on top scorer of the week?

**** it. for now consider me in. when the season gets closer and the wager set up and amounts are figured out i may need to drop out, but i doubt that will happen.
