Pretty surprised that the Russians are headed home this early. All in all, I'd be stunned if we don't see a Spain-Germany final. The two highest quality playing teams we have so far in the tourney. Please God, just don't let it be the Greeks. I hate the style of play they favor.

Disciplined opportunism? Yeah, it is boring, but just focus on their facial expressions and you will be entertained. ![]() Nah, but I'm there with you. Espanya v Deutschland would be a good final, but I'm curious to see what kind of damage England can continue to make |

Two games on and now 4 goals scored, between flipping back and forth I haven't seen a single goal

Wild start already in these Group B games - though at 1-1 each we're really still where we started the day.

A Dutch win and a Denmark-Germany tie, means DK goes through. A Dutch win also ensures that Germany goes through.

^^I'm sticking to watching the Danes and Germans, they have a pretty good pace going. Plus Denmark is growing on me, seem like a scrappy bunch

Ronaldo looks really good, but I doubt Germany would let him go off like he is today.

Man more and more you see soccer players tattooed up, not a complaint just a trend I have seen. It's interesting, seeing full double sleeve tattoo collections on more than a few players

Germany has looked really good this tournament. Willl be interesting to see if they can keep it up or if the 1-2 lapses a match come back and bite them at some point.

You're not alone. Got a hunch there are going to be some major shake ups on the Dutch National team when they get home. They are on the hook for a bunch of money to their coach through 2016, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is fired pretty quick. I also expect to see some major changes in their lineup. Arjen Robin needs to go. His attitude was a detriment to the team, in my opinion, same as it was in the World Cup Final. Robin Van Persie is fine, but he cannot do it on his own. The first two games he had almost no support (due to the brilliant move of using two middle halfbacks who were both supposed to be defenders....emphasis on supposed to be). Wesley Sneijder was a nonfactor this whole tourney and needs to figure it out. I'll be watching for the ****-storm that will likely be coming out in the Dutch/social media over the next week.
