In this Round 10, in addition to all survivors, all lingering ghosts may cast one angry vote. Or, they may continue to linger until the final round. One or the other. Not both. And, unlike the last round, a ghost vote counts as only one negative vote, not two. On the other hand, there is no defense against them.

The expired ghosts are finished and we thank you for your cooperation.

I understood that to mean that theApaOps5, Conklin, DBroncos4life, broncosteven, sirhcyennek81, fixedMind (name changed to myMind), DHallblows and canadianbroncosfan all get one angry ghost vote. Perhaps we need Old Dude to make a clarification.

That is correct.

To recap, the eligible voters here in round 10 are as follows:

1. Those who are currently still in the running as "survivors."
2. Ghosts who were killed prior to Round 9 who chose to abstain in Round 9.
3. The three people who were killed in Round 9.

Any ghosts who votes today will be finished and expired.

Four new ghosts will be created today and they will be able to vote in the final round, though at a diminished capacity compared to the Final Seven Survivors.
