Just like any other boat. If the capacity is exceeded, it is destroyed and no one gets any sort of benefit (or drawback) out of it. The life preserver (boat D) only has a capacity of "1."

So if everyone jumps on it, it doesn't do anyone any good, and voting proceeds as normal in the next round.

Unfortunately, if more than the maximum capacity of players attempt to board any one lifeboat (or to grab the preserver) the lifeboat is destroyed and does no good for anyone. Not only that, but everyone who attempted to get on it gets a number of bruises (counting as “black marks” for future tie-breaking purposes) equal to the total number of greedy selfish people who unsuccessfully attempted to swarm onto the boat.

Pretty simple, huh?

Up to TEN people can get immunity for Round 6 if you just go about it in an orderly and organized fashion! SO BE NICE! I’m sure we’ll have no problems.

As mentioned, the Deadline for choosing a boat is NOON tomorrow.

boat d has no limit... so more than 10 people can get immunity. why would anyone stay on the boat with a free round of immunity?

unless of course you meant to say that boat D can only hold one, but you didn't specify how many life preservers there are.

Sorry. Boat D does have a limit and that limit is "1." It's a life preserver.

There is only one life preserver.

That's why the maximum number of people who can get immunity is 10.

I should have made that more clear. If it wasn't clear then, it is now.
