Barack Obama has already held more re-election fundraising events than every elected president since Richard Nixon combined, according to figures to be published in a new book.

Obama is also the only president in the past 35 years to visit every electoral battleground state in his first year of office.

The figures, contained a in a new book called The Rise of the President’s Permanent Campaign by Brendan J. Doherty, due to be published by University Press of Kansas in July, give statistical backing to the notion that Obama is more preoccupied with being re-elected than any other commander-in-chief of modern times.

Wait a sec - I thought Obama was the laziest president - more golf, more travel on Air Force One, more vacations...

You right-wingers need to get your propaganda straightened out.

He used to be against liberals for the most part, but since he started on the global warming kick a few years ago, he knows most of that braindead group agrees with him on that issue, so he feels he needs to kiss their butt on other issues as well. Sad how one issue can make people feel they have to change their stance on all others in order to fit in. But that is the classic mindset of today's liberals. Be apart of the mass, with individualism a nasty word, much less thinking for one self. Look at how they act in their demonstrations and even around here. They are always asking for help from each other, especially the really weak ones.

Thanks for confirming what I had just started to figure out..

But I have a ton of Reps from folks telling me who the WAGS are on the forum.. starting to get the lay of the land..

most are followers and weak of mind..

some are first class thinkers just really screwed up in the head..

I'd guess that most are kiddies that have not yet paid a ton in taxes like some of us have..

Some are just out of college on liberal arts cards..

I heard a slogan about 20 years ago.. "the longer I live and the more I pay in taxes the more conservative I get.".

I know that when I was a kiddie I had loads of stupid thoughts place in my head by teachers and professors.. so like these mush heads I voted for some liberals also..

In fact Carter was my ONE big mistake..

I really bought into that I'm an outsider and will come in a clean up Washington styct he had.

All he did was totally FUBAR the military..

Once again reps to you..
