thing is going to take a hit if Elway thinks he's being played, and this is definitely indications, that is what is happening.

Combined with the way Manning stiffed Indy last summer and signed a contract when he knew he had the neck surgery thing coming up but the Colts didn't, it throws trust issues up.

Elway and the Broncos will look foolish for continuing to negotiate...either he wants to come to Denver or he doesn't, and we will make a fair offer.

funny story... me and a couple of friends down her in Colombia went to a city here called Manizales. Sure, but you also have a reasonable price and a reasonable time line. When you see you're getting played, you call. And I mean call in the poker sense of the word. Seriously though, this has been such a crazy week, but I feel confident knowing it's Elway and Fox meeting with Peyton and going through all of this. For some reason, it feels like they will make the right decision one way or the other.

Getting Manning is a possibility only. Elway will probably ask him straight up if SF is involved. Then Make him our top offer and say take it or leave it, we don't have time for more "play time".

If he doesn't do this then he is not a closer.

The longer the FO team stays in NC the better our chances, but if Manning hasn't signed when they leave, it will be over for Denver. Elway knows that.

Taking ourselves out, leaves Tenn ( and maybe SF ) in and hurts Mannings chances to drive the price up for them. Let other teams jump in and get dissed.
