I'd love Mario but, you want to waste him waiting for your QB to get good or add an legit option at the position.

The Giants say hello.

I would rather have Mario, Soliai, Doom, and Tebow than I would Thomas, Bunkley, and Manning.

That doesn't even mention what happens if we end up losing Bunkley, not signing Manning and missing out on Mario.

Well you'll still have Tebow so there's that

Yup. Ridic that he couldn't have made a decision by yesterday. Instead he's holding at least two franchises and their fans hostage. Pick which team you want to overpay you and get on with it already!

This! +1.

Peytons on-going team tour is just BS to drive up the price. Let someone else pay him and move on. There are other FAs out theere that can help this team, and we need to make some moves and talk to them before they sign elsewhere.

and just maybe he IS just sticking it to the Broncos one last time!

Screw him!

The Broncos have had no contact with Tim Tebow since the Manning courtship began…The Broncos have not pestered Manning for progress reports or a decision since he left Denver on Saturday. John Elway is driving this bus. He and Manning connected well during the visit Friday and Saturday.

The bottom line on the Broncos’ pursuit of Manning is this: Elway is in charge, and Elway is interested in Super Bowls. The argument that the Broncos improved last year and won their division (on a tie-breaker) with Tebow, doesn’t cut much ice with Elway. He knows what it takes to be a Super Bowl contender and he believes bringing in Manning is the fastest way to get there. He knows the Manning courtship is a high risk/high reward mission. He believes that going for greatness usually is.

Listen Peyton, if you want to go play for a crap franchise with a bat-**** crazy owner who meddles with team affairs and flips people off from his owners box, knock yourself out.

The whole Texas/Southern good ole boy sleaze feel to this thing is getting out of hand and I'm starting to lose my appetite for Peyton.
Exactly. They won 9 games with a qb throwing for 3600 and a >80 passing rating and instead of adding the best pass rusher in the leauge they opt for a 36 yr old qb with a creaky neck.

No. Now I was told all the really good free agents would wait around until Peyton decides what to do. So all these guys who've been signing obviously aren't the really good ones.

I would be shocked, Manning factor or not, if Denver was seriously interested in paying a pass rusher, Mario Williams, the highest defensive salary ever (which is what he's going to get) when we already have invested so much in that area.

If Manning were to come to Denver play a couple of years and show Tebow how the position is played from the mental aspect. I'd be OK with that. But it is a high price to pay for a great QB coach and a once great QB that has a serious injury playing on a team that lacks a supporting cast.

You get the feeling that maybe John's surfing the OM, reading bull**** Manning tweets that give him a good feeling which he passes along to guys like Spano (in the strictest of confidence) leading to another round of tweets and another cycle and on and on.

I can't express how funny it is to me that so many Bronco fans are thinking Super Bowl with this dog **** roster, for no other reason than a 36 year old QB with nerve damage.
