If Manning were to play in Denver one can pretty much guarantee he will not make a full season. I don't think he'll even stay healthy in a place like Arizona.
I think these are the points hurting Zona: up against the cap, an overall bad team, terrible defense, and same conference as Eli.

I'd say Arizona has a more talented squad that couldn't do much with the likes of Skelton and friends leading the ship. And I don't think Denver can just revert to a passing offense very easily. The talent isn't really there for it while Arizona has Fitzgerald -- who for obvious reasons was one of the people who came to meet Manning. Now, if Manning wants to go into the twilight of his career handing the ball off then I suppose Denver is the place to be. But all those games Manning spent getting manhandled in the north-eastern weather tells me he wants no part of this division.

When Manning was visiting the Broncos’ facility in Dove Valley on Saturday, Lynch and Stokley stopped by to try and help sway him towards Denver, according to multiple sources. Their presence, and whatever they told him, may have helped — as sources say that Manning is “leaning towards Denver.”

One question about AZ is do the have the cap space? I'm sure they can make some cap space but will this cripple the team?

Well.. in Arizona, it was said:

"John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 620 tweeted that things were looking up at the Tempe facility. "Just got off phone so in nutshell I'm hearing that unless bidwill screws this up peyton should be a card. Nothing done yet!! but promising"

So.. Arizona thinks he is going to be a Card. Vic and John can't both be right.

Terrible D? Their D was rated higher Probably one of the most dangerous defenses the last 5 games of the season. Obviously didn't watch them.

From what I've seen they can basically clear about $40 million in cap space just but dumping contracts of players they didn't plan to retain, plus the rumor is Fitzgerald and Dockett are willing to restructure.

signing PM could mean leaving space for some of the Indy rejects...

once free agency starts, Denver can't afford to sit around waiting on PM... all of the top FAs will be gone quickly...

not to mention FAs decisions to join us or not is also impacted on them knowing whether or not PM is a Bronco or not...

Unless there is a TRUE reversal of past and projected policy DEN will not break the bank on UFAs.

SO only if they think they have a big chance on siging manning will they overspend on his buddies..

In fact I'd doubt that those guys will sign anywhere until Manning makes up his mind..

They have nothing to lose as without him they are nada as a package each of them are worth more..

However, Manning’s meeting with the two coaches will apparently not take place in the teams’ facilities, and instead will be one-on-one meetings with the coaches elsewhere. That may suggest that Manning isn’t quite as sold on the Dolphins and Titans as he was on the Broncos and Cardinals, or it may just mean that Manning is getting worn down and wants to keep things low-key.

Or it means that he's already familiar with those facilities.
