Al wilson was cleared to play? Didn't know that...but regardless, if Al didn't sign on with anyone else, whose fault is that? Not to mention a MLB with a neck injury is alot different than a QB with one as you know a MLB is gonna have a greater chance of re-injuring himself as he's in on alot of tackles....more than a QB will endure in a season.

I'm actually not concerned about Manning's neck fusion. Many stories out there confirm that the structure is a non-issue. It's the nerves and the strength in the arm as a result of those nerves being disrupted. If he can demonstrate that he has recovered or is close to 80% or better, then there is reason to believe that he will continue to get stronger. But again, the fusion isn't a concern... even if he were blindsided. The fusion is actually stronger than the rest of the bones in his neck.

How many head coaches has Smith had...not to mention OC's? How about the fact he overcame his obstacles and has actually played pretty well the past coupe of seasons? He's the consumate game manager, but then again, that's all Harbaugh wants his QB to do, make smart decisions, don't turn the ball over, and make a big play when it's open....Alex helped 49ers to NFC championship game.....
So how many years do you think Tebow needs to be as good as alex smith? |

I agree, why draft a career back-up when we might already have the CBUQBOTF on the team already? |

a poll on Broncomania had 69% of those who voted yes to going after Manning, I think the majority of Bronco fans would welcome him with open arms |

I'm sure there will be one or two a-holes who get butthurt if he turns us down...but I'd also be curious to see if that thread isn't started even if we do sign him as well....

Who knows. Maybe this was all planned by Elway in hopes of getting Tebow out of Denver. He literally throws Tebow under the bus hoping to get a reaction from Tebow never intending to sign Manning. He figures this is so ugly he will have to get rid of Tebow and draft some hack in the second round he believes gives Denver their best shot.
