You guys get caught up in the number of times his neck was worked on. It could have been 1 or 10. If the injury is fixed its fixed. The Drs cleared him, and they take these types of injuries seriously. Don't comeback with they cleared guys with knee injuries either. Two different things.

I do agree Elway has a legit shot...the problem is that with all this information leaking out, his price tag will only get higher. That's when we will lose out. And it's the one point I keep saying when talking about Manning coming here. Plus we are not s SB contender. We have many holes...and if we spend HUGE on Manning we won't be able to fill those holes. And I don't like the idea of spending HUGE on a 36 year old QB with 4 neck surgeries. But if fully healthy...he is an upgrade.

Which team is better is clearly arguable. Denver has a number of classy veterans (Champ, Dawkins, McGahee) and very few problem children (Marshall); Denver also has a better coach and a better executive.

We will sign Manning soon. Tebow will be cut on good Friday and rise three days later in Jacksonville.

Nope...he was cleared by our Doctors...when we wanted to trade him to the Giants he failed their physical. It was a classless move by our FO back then and It was something Al talked about a few year back. Will try to find his interview.

Ha ha we knew get was ****ing done and tried to pull one over. That's why he said it was classless! The only reason he was given a clear by us was to trade him nothing more nothing less. Regardless team Drs are not as trust worthy as the surgeon that worked on Manning IMO

Carolina did draft an older QB in Weinke when I believe Fox was there in the 2nd round, but that didn't turn out so well.

They didn't clear him to take many hits though since they can't know how many of those he can take. If the Broncos were to sign Manning, they have to make changes to that OL if they want him to stay in one piece, which kind of goes against the thinking they are in pretty good shape right now and just need a franchise QB.

Weinke was drafted before Fox was the HC there. Also he was a 4th round pick.

That's promising then since I don't see Weeden being much in the NFL so hopefully the Broncos pass on him.
