Sorry with all due respect to Tebow he is not even a top 20 NFL QB yet, Peyton Manning is top 5 and always will be and he may even be the best. If DT had Manning throwing to him he would become an elite WR. Decker would be a solid WR. Eddie Royal would be a solid WR. DT = Just as much talent as Reggie Wayne Decker = Just as much talent as Austin Collie Eddie Royal = More talent than Pierre Garcon P. Manning makes WRs in his sleep. |

![]() no, we couldn't beat them. QBs do not play defense. our defense was no match for NE in the playoffs, even after we had a dry run against them in the regular season. same **** that used to happen whenever Shanny played Indy during the season and then in the playoffs.

![]() Manning makes our team look good on paper. Tebow could sure kill on a halfback option. Neither for or against this.

Manning is repped by CAA. Wouldn't expect him to land anywhere with an in-place QB also repped by CAA. Includes SF, KC, JAX, DEN, OAK, BUF. — Evan Silva (@evansilva) March 7, 2012 |

![]() What have we got to offer Manning? Well, let's see.
1. We have, quite possibly, the worst pass-blocking O-Line in the league. Good thing Manning is so mobile and durable. 2. We have one of the least experienced and least-proven receiver corps in the league, though they do have a knack for dropping passes that hit them in the hands. 3. We have a head coach whose entire philosophy is to grind down opponents with the running game. 4. In terms of endorSeimiant opportunities, we have the biggest national sports and media market between Wichita and Salt Lake City. 5. At least there wouldn't be any controversy or pressure on Manning here. Ah well, maybe a few people who like Tebow. But they aren't vocal or anything like that. I'll betcha Manning is just drooling over the chance to play here. He'd probably take a big cut in pay just for the opportunity. |

![]() I don't think Peyton respects John Elway enough to get killed behind our offensive line.

![]() are you really this stupid? Beavis and I were discussing the Bills game..he mentioned 75% completion rate during the 1st half of the game...i mentioned that is skewed since its only on 4 attempts and questioned why that is good...i used an EXAMPLE of going 3-3, or 20-20, which completion rate is better....then someone asked doesnt the win matter more than the rate, so i said sure, BUFFALO WON.....then you assumed 20-20 happened in the buffalo game....

Anyone who does not have thier franchise QB already will probably inquire. That doesn't mean they have the desire or resources to pull it off. |

2. Our receivers are talented, and I have no doubt would also look better when playing in a more consistent offense. 3. If Peyton came, Peyton would be the offensive coordinator (more or less) 4. Peyton Manning has no trouble getting endorSeimiants. He's a proven commodity at this point 5. He's the one guy that even pro-tebow broncos fans (and thats me) would gripe about. Here are 5 equally bs reasons of why denver would be great for him. 1. You could make the argument that offense held us back this year and more consistent QB play would have been the answer (i dont really agree with that, but you can make that argument if you so choose). And hell, we were one of the last teams standing! 2. We have the best running game in the nfl. Just look at the stats (also bs, but you can make the argument). 3. We have two good young receivers and cap room to sign wayne. We can even sign your buddy Jeff Saturday! 4. We have a young, good defense and the cap room and draft power to improve that. 5. Denver is a rabid football town. During a game in the mid 00's, Peyton claimed that the crowd in Mile High reminde dhim of the crowds in Knoxville. See how easy that was? |

Not to argue semantics, or whatever.....but why would you inquire about a player's desire to play for you, unless you plan on signing him if he says "yes...." |

Rookie as a general term can be defined as a person with little experience. MLB for instance counts you as a rookie until you have a certain number of at bats. As an example, Derek Jeter debuted for the Yankees in 1995, but won Rookie of the Year in 1996. And yet the Drunkmeister cried no tears, nor were any calls of 'shenanigans' forthcoming. |

![]() For those of you who keep insisting on the Mane that Bowlen is broke, might as well bow out of the "Broncos are interested in Manning" argument, because it is going to take a boatload of money to land him.
It would be a big contradiction to scream Bowlen is broke on one hand, and then actually believe that the Broncos have a serious interest in Manning. I know, you know, and certainly EFX knows, that Manning is not going to give his services away. The Skins will make sure of it. You can take that to the bank. |
