Please Help Get My Nursing Funding Back - The Orange Mane

I know that we're in the middle of a historic run and there's not much room for off topic threads, but this community has been really good to me in the past. I've written about the state cutting my healthcare funding before, we were recently denied our appeal for a rehearing and I've decided to shift everything into overdrive and I could really use your help.

I've started a petition to overturn the decision and it'd really help if y'all signed it and asked everyone you know to sign and share it as well. You can find it here: http://digg.com/news/offbeat/http_ww...cut_my_funding

Today I found out that my private insurance isn't covering my hours from mid November to December 31st. I'm now 30k in the hole with the nursing company and I'm going to have to cut half of my nursing hours on Monday. I'm going to have to choose between being able to go to school. I need any help I can get now.

Alright, guys. Another update: My private insurance hits its yearly limit, for 2011, in mid-November, so all the services that the nursing care company provided were not paid for. We owe them $20,000 and we have a meeting with them tomorrow to try and figure this out. What they want to do is borrow hours from Medi-CAL to pay for that time period. However, that would leave me very little hours to use right now. I hate doing this, but I am going to have to start taking donations. The nursing provider basically said "pay us, or we will cut your hours", so, it is pretty dire. We're gonna try and do some kind of payment plan with them, but, they're *****, so I am not sure how helpful it will be. My Paypal account is: raulecarranza@gmail.com. I know Paypal is not the best way to do this, but, it will have to do for now. I will give you an update tomorrow after the meeting. Thanks for all the help you've given me.
