There's some good stuff on this. I like SoCal's comments about "conservative formations" which is one thing that is true. It has been shown Fox is balanced and not "run heavy" as his reputation suggests, but his formations are definitely more run heavy. I am still curious how things will look when the regular season starts and they start game planning.

Isn't that fitness stuff supposed to be almost physically addicting?
Something with getting addicted to the muscle cells tearing or some weirdness.. |

I never understood why people run marathons. After all, the first guy who did it died. I keep in good shape, work out all the time, but running 26 miles seems like absolute torture.

Not really into the long distance stuff / marathons since it cannibalises muscle but it was a nice accomplishment. |

Franklin needs to work on pass pro. Especially with speed rushers.
Where oh where will be able to get him his type of practice? Oh wait 90 yards at halftime with 30 coming on penalty and a fake 4th down punt from their 28. Buf is bad very bad Is DJ a $5MM a year LBer? I'd rather start Woodyard and spend that money somewhere else like a CB opposite CHamp would be nice. For sure next year I'd like to have that $5MM to play with Plus his DUI is still hanging out there. Woodyard started the BUF game due to BUF 3 WR sets Would not be suprsied to see someone lay Moore out. There is an unwritten rule that you don't lay ppl out in preseason. The most I've biked as an adult was probably a good 10 minutes before realizing I don't love penis.
