There's some good stuff on this. I like SoCal's comments about "conservative formations" which is one thing that is true. It has been shown Fox is balanced and not "run heavy" as his reputation suggests, but his formations are definitely more run heavy. I am still curious how things will look when the regular season starts and they start game planning.

Cycling is part of my long term fitness strategy. Endurance rides are the challenges I'm taking to keep me motivated.

Yeah, I worked with a woman that used to bike 20-30 miles every single day. She had a computerized rider in her attic. She was 48 years old, and had the body of a 24 year old.

I never understood why people run marathons. After all, the first guy who did it died. I keep in good shape, work out all the time, but running 26 miles seems like absolute torture.

I did 125 (plenty of uphill) on my ****ty 70s Ross two weeks ago after three hours sleep (Manhattan to Montauk). I know how you're feeling.

Not really into the long distance stuff / marathons since it cannibalises muscle but it was a nice accomplishment.

Where oh where will be able to get him his type of practice? Oh wait

90 yards at halftime with 30 coming on penalty and a fake 4th down punt from their 28. Buf is bad very bad

Is DJ a $5MM a year LBer? I'd rather start Woodyard and spend that money somewhere else like a CB opposite CHamp would be nice. For sure next year I'd like to have that $5MM to play with

Woodyard started the BUF game due to BUF 3 WR sets

Would not be suprsied to see someone lay Moore out. There is an unwritten rule that you don't lay ppl out in preseason. At least from a vet viewpoint

33 Miles on a mountain trail is the most I have done.

Coming down the mountain was unbelievable.
