It looks like Shanny might be serious about giving John Beck the shot to be his starting QB in Washington.
I could actually see that being a decent fit. Beck wasn't given much of a chance to start in Miami and may simply need the opportunity to show what he's got. |

Mike Brown is serious and it's not a bluff....he will make Carson Palmer retire rather than trade him this year.

Marion Barber just released from Cowboys, dude was looking like the feature back there and a heck of an offensive weapon a few years back, would be a great combo with Moreno potentially?

How many miles are left on those tires. I say no thanks. His body has taken a beating over the last couple years.

Pass, Barber's physical style has prematurely aged him.

Mike Brown's stubbornness will hurt the team again.
I know he is a man of principle and is sticking to his guns, but Carlson Palmer does the team no good under this scenario. In the best interest of the team, he should trade him for some high draft picks. Right now, he has value to the team, something Mike Brown needs to take advantage of. Carson Palmer has given the Bengals a lot of good years....if he wants out, Mike Brown should make it happen (only if he gets fair market value for Palmer). I know Mike Brown wants to make his point. Too bad the point being made is that players will not want to play for the Bengals even more after this. |

@dannyoneil
Danny O'Neil It appears the #Seahawks have acquired another quarterback, negating the offer for Hasselbeck to re-sign. |

The post above was suggesting that he'd be put back on the team but then they'd have a player that has no value because he hasn't practiced, is only a major distraction, and forces another player (probably not a QB until Palmer is back up to speed on gameplans) to be cut. It's a huge headache for a team once they've already planned for a player to not be there and, as long as he files the paperwork, it's not considered a holdout. |

Sounds like McGahee is our backup plan to DeAngelo. Either way we will have upgraded our RB position
