Robert Kraft's wife passed away. Good article here outlining some of the charity work she was involved in, which was extremely extensive. Great person who did a lot of good for others.

Looks like Jon Gruden agrees with me:
Gruden gives praise to Sanzenbacher ESPN analyst says OSU alum his 'favorite Buckeye' http://www.toledoblade.com/Ohio-Stat...zenbacher.html |

The article quotes coach Greg Dempsey, who I know pretty well.
Sanzenbacher should have been drafted and the team that snatches him up as an UDFA will be lucky. |

I'd give Noel Devine, RB/KR, West Virginia a shot as well.
Sure he is small, but I've always thought there is a place for small RBs in the NFL. Might end up with a Darren Sproles type player, who adds another dimension to your offense or return game. |

Agree with Devine. Not sure what his combine numbers (if invited were), but I remember him as an explosive player. He's not like Sproles in that he's got a very slight frame (Sproles is short by stocky), but definitely would add an element to our backfield that we currently lack.
What other UDFA RBs are availabe? Seems to me like we'd be best served to go after those as RB additions to our team and concentrate veteran FA dollars to our DT problem. |

Hopefully he wears a helmet on his other head and it stays on a little better....
Edit: apparently not....from the article: Deters said that Webster has seven children with four different women. |

Giants | May consider releasing Rocky Bernard
Sat, 23 Jul 2011 12:25:54 -0700 The New York Giants could consider releasing DT Rocky Bernard once the lockout is lifted because the team has taken defensive tackles in the second round in each of the last two drafts. Read more: http://www.kffl.com/hotw/nfl#ixzz1SxdEXxXG |

Nick Bellore, LB, Central Michigan is a player I forgot about.
He is an UDFA who will sign and stick with a team. I pointed out Frank Zombo from Central Michigan last year and he made an impact with Green Bay. Neither Zombo and Bellore had great workout numbers, but both work their ass off and are true football players. |

Another example of a bureaucracy not using some common sense.
Terrelle Pryor might be a douche, but he should be able to enter the supplemental draft this year. He should be able to play in the NFL in 2011. |

Just throwing this out there to see if I'm crazy, but isn't it almost too easy to see Shanahan molding the project Pryor into something respectable? Shanny loves athleticism...
