Heading to Kona in the summer for a family reunion/get-together. Were going to the Big Island and most likely will stay at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott resort. We'll have vehicles and are planning to stay about a week.
We have Golfers (not me), people who want to snorkle, dive, and do some deep sea fishing, fitness nuts (I stopped running 4miles before breakfast when I left the service), nature enthusiast/photographer/painter, "shoppers", a young child and a older teen. Restaurants? We like to find the "local dives w/ good food" (Breakfast and lunch) and the top of the line restaurants (nite). We would also be receptive to finding a couple of rental condos, if well taken care of and at a reasonable price. Any suggestions or info you can pass on is appreciated. I don't need the usual spoof reply about the "internetz". I am looking for good "1st hand info". Thanks guys I know where I'll be when we're there. On, in, or under the Ocean! ![]() |
