Default %*@#$&)_) #*^&

That's right, I'm F-ing pissed.

Some SOB stole my f-ing identity and set up an account with Dish Network, didn't pay his bills. Then Dish Network turned the matter over to what has to be the collections agency which has the rudest employees on the planet, which also reported the matter to 2 of 3 credit reporting agencies.
This is when I found out about the issue. My Identity fraud monitoring agency sent me an e-mail regarding fraudulant credit activity.

I want a few heads to swing:

1. The SOB who stole my SSN.
2. Dish Network for not verifying a name/SSN match ( the ****head didn't even use my name).
3. The Collections agency for reporting this matter without verifying matches and their employees for their actions and comments/replies when I called them.

Now I get to contact the following to straighten up this ****ing mess.

1.The FTC to get a Signed and Notarized ID Affidavid to send to the ****ing a-holes at Dish Network
2. 2 dispute forms to send to the credit rreporting agencies
3. Filing a police report regarding the ID theft to find the SOB.(Dish wont give me any information other than, He/she is located in another state. The date that they opened the account and that they did not use a matching name.

WTF

sucks..you think some moron would have caught on.

My wife got her CC cloned earlier this year, and it was being used in California and Florida at the same time. No one caught that until we got a bill.

Morons is the KEY word. Starting with Dish Network who I'm not done with yet. I will be visiting with them as soon as I finish with all the legalities/ calls/reports and investigations.
Somebody will roast for this. I GUARANTEE IT!
After that is done I plan to go after the business practices of the collections agency. I GUARANTEE THAT.

Just take a look at the ENDLESS COMPLAINTS on the net for a company called E R Solutions. (This IS the shadiest company I've ever encountered. Their reps are unproffesional, arrogant, rude and don't have one iota of public relations training. I have personally cussed out three of them in the last two days. I WILL make it a top priority to file charges against them with the FTC and the State if applicable. Just have to talk to an attorney re: my options.
These MF's don't have a clue as to who not to **** with.
THEY stepped on the wrong DICK.

Bummer about this whole thing for you...

Do you think that one of those identity protection business would have stopped all this? I see the commercials for these protective services and I'm seriously wondering if I should go ahead a buy some protection.

I have an Identity monitoring service contract which uncovered this BS. Who goofed in the process was Dish Network by 1.Not verifying and doing a credit check until after the person went into default and 2.by not attempting to contact me prior to turning it over to those a-holeS at ER solutions who in turn, without contacting me filed a report with Equifax.

Dish Network DOES know where he lives but the police have to request that info. I could only get the following from them: He lives in another state, he used my SSN, and he didn't pay his bills.

My guess is Crack/meth head or Illegal immigrant. Regardless, he needs to GO DOWN.

Ah crap man. That sucks ass dude. We've had it happen twice but for cell providers we didn't even have in our area. Thats how we found out. My wife see's a direct pay for T-Mobile in the amount of $200. First thing she asked me was if an ex-girlfiend had my account # and paid the bills with it.

**** dish network anyway. If he lives anyway near North Dakota I could pay him a visit for ya

I got some experience dealing with credit issues and have jerked knots in the tails of more than a few collection agencies.

Shoot me a PM if you need a hand getting them off your back. I'll be happy to help.

Get that police report number - send it and nothing else to the collection agencies. Those guys are vultures, do NOT send them any of your info.

The only thing you have to worry about is your credit score, and if you dispute the relevant items with all 3 agencies, you should not have a problem. It does take work however and sorry to hear it happened to you.

Already done. I've also filed a report with FTC and am in the process of filing ID Affidavids to clear this BS.

The only issue once this mess is cleaned up is, that I am one hell of a vindictive SOB. You step on my DICK and I get PISSED.

Dish will wish they never sold me a package and also will wish they would have never used E R Solutions as their collections agency.

Well yeah, but you know what I meant.

Just let me know if E R Solutions doesn't immediately disappear from your credit reports. I'm sure they'll go down easy though. I ran a search for them on a credit forum I post on and it appears that they fold like (direct quote from one thread there)"Superman on laundry day"
