Bingo....kind of. Both quailty movies, the best from last year. The Joker owned centerstage....even if Heath hadn't tragically met his maker.

for the record, Iron Man holds #22 on the all time domestic gross box office, so I don't think it was exactly overlooked.....unless you mean the oscars, which are my second most ridiculous "award franchise" (a distant 2nd to the laughable HOF)

I never said otherwise, I thought The Dark Knight was better myself. But they're completely different movies. Batman was a serious drama with good plot lacking a ton action and comedy while Iron Man was a really good comic book movie...which isn't exactly a good thing.

TDK is a great film, but it lacked the fun of Iron Man.
All around great summary of the movie, I absolutely loved it when I saw the midnight showing of it. Hilarious and action packed...And I love Samuel L. Jackson!

Yeah I know what you mean. I mean overshadowed in the sense that nobody talks about TWO good comic book movies a year, it's the #1 one only, really. The top movies of 2008 would be Batman, James Bond and...idk Mamma Mia...maybe Hancock...probably not Iron Man is my point
Luckily for Iron Man it came out before TDK did and the quality of it was shown in it's box office. But if they came out at the same time, it'd unfortunately look a lot worse.
And I don't give a **** about The Oscars either

2008s top 5 best movies in order

Dark Knight
Ironman
Gone Baby Gone
Slumdog Millionaire
Harold and Kumar 2

I'm a huge bond fan, but this last one was a big step down from Casino Royale. The Hulk also gets an honorable mention, imo.

Wow.

I would bet HUGE money that you could literally poll every person in the world and you would be the only one to have this "top movies of 08 list".

You sissy, here you are telling me I'm an internet badass and you were the punk saying you'd like to see my fingers broken and my larynx crushed. What a laugh you are. I don't mind debating with you and Alec or the Rev, just don't try to get badass with me. You can't back it up.

You don't debate...

Dude, I don't think you've EVER made a football related post... you just lost it for some reason when Niko sucked his way to the bench...
