As far as I'm concerned the nail is 90% in the coffin. But, it's not like we couldn't make a shrewd trade and legitimately upgrade the 25 man roster...

Always check what Churchill has to say. I don't know much about Brignac; and Kazmir isn't too appealing to me -- but if we dump some homo's off, why not?

We have a bunch of sluts playing on the 25 man. AAA ball players who are getting their MLB fantasies fulfilled. How we're even above .500 is beyond me.

Well, IMO, a lot of those guys are helpful little pieces. Langerhans was an immense upgrade over Wlad because of his glove and left handedness. Hannahan was worthwhile because he wasn't Chris Woodward. But the offense is going to suffer when you're going glove-only, basically. If we have Langerhans around next season as our 4th OF, we're in damn good shape. But really, our everyday lineup could very well end up being better after the deadline than it is now.

We aren't going to butcher our 2010 season in the next few days, guaranteed.

. Here comes that 20 game losing streak I was predicting at the beginning of the season. At least the Mariners made it to training camp for me, now I can focus on football.

Nah nah. Gotta think in terms of baseball roster management. If French turns out to be decent we have him for 6 years for nothing. Robles is supposedly a diamond in the rough--20 years old striking out more than a batter an inning in A+ ball. Decent deal, and if GMZ is making it so am I.
