What the dumbasses at Walter fail to understand is that as things stand (No CBA in place after this upcoming season) a player has to have 6 accredited seasons before he can enter Unrestricted Free Agency thus see the amendments above. Thus Denver have the right to tender any of those players with 1 year Restricted FA contracts at the highest level 1st and 3rd rd picks if they dont come to a long term agreement prior to 1 March 2010.
