A 1/2million price tag may be a bargain in Cali, but in Colorado it's almost double the median price.

The winning bidders on many of the projects we've estimated are coming in at an average of 30% below Engineers estimates. The last one we were awarded had a measly 4% profit margin. Dangerous territory!!!
