Got my room, pretty expensive, I have stayed there before and can walk to the game, so I don't care, especially if it's my only game this year. Just need tickets now.

If I'm working in Indy which I think I will be, I'll be a definite for the tailgate along w/ the RV for the big party. I won't be going to the game as Cincy fans are the biggest a-holes I've ever met. I went to the Cincy game about 4 years ago and came as close to a fight w/ some fans as I ever have. I swore I'd never go to a Cincy game again and I aim to keep my promise. However... If a Bronco fan can come up w/ an excellent tailgate lot, I'll be there for the party. I'll watch the game on my dish.

Vols host UCLA on Saturday...stopping in Cincy on the way home for this one seems like a mighty fine idea.

Absolutely. Its weird how people can go to the same place and have a totally different experience. I was at the Bills game a couple of years ago and had no issues w/ the fans except for the occasional A-hole which is expected. I know a lot of Bronco fans were pretty upset about how they were treated. I will say this about the Cincy game. I had a real bad attitude before I went to the game and thats probably why things went the way they did. Hope to see everyone there.

I agree Cincy fans are the worst, but that will not persuade from going. I have not really had problems in the parking lots except for the normal razing, but in the stadium, if the Broncos are winning, Cincy fans turn ugly.

IBOAB, I am staying at the Holiday Inn in Kentucky (see previous post) it's $125 a night, but like I said it's in walking distance of the stadium and they have a shuttle that you can take. So for me it's worth it.

I went to the first game of the season there a couple of years ago and Covington, KY was actually having an Octoberfest going on in September so we walked to that Saturday night.

I am looking for 2 tickets if anyone wants to get them together.

Bum, I was at that game with you. We walked down and got your wife the throwback Denver rain poncho. All those a-holes kept yelling how they were gonna skull**** us and piss on our moms and ****. Then those a-holes threw a full cup of beer at 27atwaters wife and hit her in the face when elam hit the gamewinner with time expiring.

Ugh, god! (Where's Houghtam??)
I love it too, but I found that if you drink 8-10 beers there, you don't get up so well the next morning for the Broncos game!!! Also, the beer "inspires" you do weird **** like jump from moving vehicles - chase hot pieces of Tex-ass ... probably the best night I ever had, that I don't remember!

I'm "looking" at this game ... not a very long drive there - from Pittsburgh!

nice...too bad it's too early for me to book anything. The time of the Vols game will dictate our trip/overnight accomodations.

There are quite a few tailgate lots near the stadium. One directly north of it and a bunch of them west of the stadium under the bridges from what I recall. I was out there for the MNF game a few years ago. That was painful and the Cincy fans gave us everything we deserved. A bunch of ****!

I have been to Cincy about 10 times or so and have never had a problem with finding a place to tailgate. Here is one review

TAILGATING
"Until recently, tailgating was the only reason to go to the stadium." With parking near the stadium "pricey and limited to season-pass holders," the tailgating scene "covers about a square mile" in "many far-flung locations." Dispersed from "absolutely phenomenal" Longworth Hall -- an old railroad building about twice the length of the stadium -- to a "huge parking lot next to a gravel pit," Bengals tailgating is "a mix between Halloween, Christmas and New Year's Eve." "People have ambulances painted orange and black," grills are cooking "classic Midwestern fare (brats, burgers, chili, etc.)" and "lots of alcohol" is around. Games of parking lot football abound, as do games of cornhole, "a bean bag toss game similar to horseshoes named as such because the bean bags are filled with corn." "The festive atmosphere" stretching "a mile in both directions along the river" has gained a following so "intense" that Bengals wide receiver "Chad Johnson himself has even walked about the tailgates for the experience."

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200...6/fvi.bengals/

With that said I sure we have enough experienced tailgaters to figure it out. Here's a map from the whodey website of where they tailgate.

Boy, I must be getting old. I remember going and getting the rain poncho and all that stuff but don't remember all the other crap. I'm thinking we split up after buying the gear. Hmmmmmm....... I don't remember. Maybe it was so bad I repressed the situation.

I've had my run in's with them as well. Was teh game your talking about a monday night game? I also went to another game when Cinncy was winless and they finally won (against us). You would have thought they won the super bowl. I F'n hate that who dey chant!!! I've been to 3 Denver vs Cinncy games and everytime i nearly get into a fight. Worst fans by far!
