Wish I was there. We stopped in last year for a week. (big conference at the "redone" convention center).

I'll just have to manage here in Denver. Went out to a Mardi Gras party Saturday night at the D-Note. A little group called the "Friends of Zydeco" brought in a group from La.. Great music, great people and lotsa fun.

Heading out tonight to another bash at the local watering hole. Break out my Beads and have a few "cold ones", then head home to some Nawlins style BBQ shrimp and dirty rice.

Have fun. Don't have too many Hurricanes!

There is a shooting at a parade every year. Guns are a problem. Police are everywhere, but people are plain stupid sometimes.
