Got me some season tickets to go watch my Pacers light up the Lake show.

Is it?? You tell me how the Lakers frontcourt plays against bigger stronger players? Pau folds up, Bynum gets into foul trouble. and Kobe takes 30+ shots...Thats not a formula to win games...example...LAST NIGHT against Orlando.

I have the league pass for the NBA, and watch 4-5 games daily. Where as I bet you only tune into the Lakers in the 2nd half...just like the rest of LA...

Oh and as for the standings...ITS ONLY JANUARY! Standings don't mean anything until the first 2 weeks of April!

Like I said - you obviously don't follow the NBA (or watch many Lakers games) if you're trying to suggest that last night's Orlando game was a typical game for the Lakers (insofar as you conveniently omit any mention of how the Lakers' front court has played against the Celtics, the Rockets, the Suns, and other teams with "bigger, stronger players.")

They are overrated, they beat up on the lousy teams in the NBA and dont match up against teams who are stronger and more physical than them. Pau and Bynum are as thin as paper! It's January, I'm not going to sit here an argue with the most thick headed person on the Mane. Being the highest scoring team in the NBA doesnt mean anything, just ask Dallas and Phoenix. But I'll tell you this much, I'll be back here the minute the Lakers get ousted in the playoffs again. You just better wish its not a 39 point blow out like their last appearance.

I'm sorry, I didn't know I had to have a favorite team to watch a sport. I was under the impression that I could like the game, and not necessarily have a favorite team. I grew up around the game, mostly NCAA. I was always around my uncle and his teams, just grew up playing and watching.
