Default Experience vs. Leadership

Which is more valuable for a head coach, experience or leadership ability? Some say stay away from college HC's because they have no NFL experience. I say I'm interested in leadership. If a guy's a natural leader, he'll gain experience and figure out how to use it. But leadership is something not everyone has, and you can be greatly experienced but not have leadership qualities. Leadership can be learned, but most people who are not natural leaders don't become leaders easily.

Idealy you want both...but which one do you think is more valuable to lead an NFL team?
