That was horrible. I had to put my Golden down last year after a year long fight with terminal cancer. We gave him a solid year of life but after it came back it was clear it was time to end the suffering. But never the whole time was in as much pain as this poor dog.

Thanks for the warning. I just checked my dog's toys and sure enough we had one of those toys, not the ball but the dumbbell one with the 2 balls on the end. In the trash it went. Always always supervise your dogs when they play with toys, especially chewers like labs.
