Nice pics. I love air shows. Especially the old war birds. Here would be my dream machine of all time:

Those are great pictures. I love the rocket assisted C-130 takeoff.

The Spitfire is an awesome warbird. My favorite is the Corsair. I love the Gull Wing Design:

I got my pilots license at 38 during a midlife crisis (still have the wife though ) I was hooked at age 13 when a friend of the family's took me up in a P-51 D trainer.

GREAT pics IBOAB !!! new cam must own ... cause those look great ...
my dad just got his pilots license he is 71 years old ... one of oldest to take the test in Ohio and pass it for the first time at +70 ... he has had the bug since i was a kid and just never could pull the trigger and get into it ...
But now he has ... bought a 2 seat and a 4 seat Cessna and loves it ...
bought a house with a private hanger and a driveway that leads right out to a county airport runway ...

Now if i could just grow a pair and get in one ... had them for a year or 2 and i aint gone up heheh .... I'm fine in large planes , few all my life ...
but these planes are like a ford escort with wings on it ... spooky heheh ...

I really dig the shots of the Mustang in the turn with the F15 and F16. I am surprised the Mustang looks that big. These modern jets are so big compared to the old prop warriors.

Did you go into the C-5? Up in the lower tail they actually have seating. That is such an awesome airplane.

What kind of camera do you have?
