Another Republican Guilty, GOP Scrambles to Kick Him Out of Office

Bob Allen, even with his racist defense, went down for soliciting sex in a bathroom. Maybe they should just change the labels on the doors of all men’s rooms in all legislatures to “Republican Caucus.”

Family man and family values voter Bob Allen was convicted this weekend of soliciting sex in a restroom in Tutusville, FL. You remember the story, I’m sure, that Bob Allen has claimed, in his defense, that there were some black guys hanging out near the public restroom, evidently the best excuse possible for trying to pay a guy for some sort of naked lube job. I’m thinking his defense didn’t work so well. The Orlando Sentinel is on the case:

Seconds after he was convicted Friday of soliciting a sex act in a park bathroom, legislative leaders were discussing how to remove him from office.

“This conviction makes it impossible for Rep. Allen to represent responsibly the citizens of his district,” Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio said in a statement. “Furthermore, it is my personal belief that it harms the reputation of the Florida House of Representatives. We will now take the appropriate steps.”

Jeffrey Ray Nielsen—the well-connected Orange County conservative activist who claimed the so-called liberal media, specifically the Weekly, was out to get him by publishing a series of exposés on his pedophile activities—finally admitted on Dec. 5 that he used two boys for sex since the early 1990s.

In open court, a somber Nielsen, who has extensive personal ties to Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-Perv) gave Judge Thompson signed guilty pleas acknowledging two felonies: committing lewd acts on a 12-year-old
Virginia boy and 14-year-old Orange County boy.

In exchange, Nielsen, 37, received a three-year prison sentence, which is relatively mild considering he faced more than a decade in state prison if convicted of the 16 charged crimes.

Hmmm, 16 rapes and he only got three years?

He must be good friends with Rohrabacker (R-Perv)
