Went for testing last week, got the results today, clean of all known STD's.

Reason for going?

Because I have some swollen lymph nodes in upper thighs.

Researched it online, started with getting tested, now I have to go to regular doctor to find out the cause of the nodes being swollen.

Anyone ever have these symptoms?

I have done that, there are a million reasons for this.

I'll see a doctor ASAP to figure it out.

If you have enlarged nodes on both sides and no source of infecton from your pelvis down.... you should have one or two biopsied. I would see about getting referred to a surgeon unless your PCP can say without a doubt why you have adnopathy.

If you are having unprotected sex you should get tested regularly not just when symptoms appear. Better to be safe than one of those guys in the genital warts commercial.

I was with the same woman for six years.

Prior to that I did some foolish things.

Now that I'm single, I wanted to make sure I were clean to not infect others I may meet in the future.

As for HPV, you can catch it even with using a condom, kind of scary.

I wasn't lecturing I was just putting it out there. That said the test is no picnic. If they still do it the way they did when I took them it sucks.

Good luck with the lymph nodes they usually go down and I wouldn't worry.
