The Bud Shootout starts the season tonight. I will grant you , I only watch a couple of races during the year (mostly restricted plates races). It is gone to be strange to see Dale jr in a car other than the #8 Budweiser car.
Go Kurt Busch and stomp T.Stewart's ass. ![]() |

If the results of the shootout have anything to say about the regular season we might as well prepare for even more Hendrick domination this year.

I see Dale Jr. pulling it out , unless "like you said" he gets caught up in a wreck in the middle of the pack. But like every year it should be a entertaining race.

i think with the new car it's gonna be a tight race and the way this car moves around alot there will probably be alot of wrecks and the always happening caution with 4-10 laps to go but it makes for good racing

Yea, but he really had nowhere to go with where he started on the restart. But I was really surprised how good of jump that Busch gave Newman. Okay race for the first 100 laps, but just like always the last 50 keep you glued to the TV.

NASCAR is good stuff, but there's too many scrubs on the track. I see these guys f up too many times in the last 20 laps. They push beyond their ability and their car's ability so it's not a clean finish too many times. Like this year it's a two lap race. NASCAR should start with a 33 car field so there is only 20 of the best racing at the end. That's a race, instead of a cluster****.

that was my thought too but newman had a huge run and if tony would've slid up he probably would've wrecked and kyle was fastest all day so he stayed with his teamate can't blame him there but newman was being pushed so hard and fast they didn't have a chance
