I knew our defense sucked. but this performance on offense against a crappy defense is embarrassing. I'm not usually on the "attack the coaches right after a bad loss" bandwagon, but they need to take a long, hard look at themselves. The defense is completely confused and fundamentally inept out there. Our offense can't make a play in a game that matters (dating back to last year), and actually self-destructs with idiotic penalties and mistakes.

It was an epically terrible football weekend. I was hoping Denver could get another field goal so that both teams could receive matching ass kickings. That would have been real cute.

The football gods must be making us pay for the glorious 97 season when they both won it all.

But yeah, lets just say I'm getting into the spirit of hockey season a lot earlier than usual.
