The greatest games in history are ones that were truly legendary. Mario, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid and I'll go ahead and say Halo. Personally, I don't like FPS that much. Run, shoot, kill, rinse and repeat. Just way to boring for me. |

I think their service is great! My console is being repaired right now. It's a launch console, and way out of warranty. Since Halo 3 is coming out in a few hours, I bought an Elite the other day. Black looks better than that ipod white crap anyway.

I will get the game soon, but I am facing a bit of a dilemma. The German dubbing is terrible and the English audio isnīt on the German disk. I can probably pick up the German version tomorrow (release is Wednesday here and some shops started shipping the game on Friday, so some people had the game Saturday, some shops even started selling it today), but I donīt know if the German dubbing is gonna drive me crazy or not.
If I order the game from the UK I probably wonīt get it this week. |

Lucky bastard! I tried to get the 7-11 employee to sell me the game early. Almost worked! She went to the back, came out and said I can't. I'll be back at midnight.

For all that have had problems with the 360 what is the main prob with it. I had to change out my dvd drive in my regular box a couple times wondering if it is the same?

I think Halo is a tad overated. I mean, I enjoy a FPS, but the single player, for me at least, never wowed me.
However, the multiplayer can't be messed with. That alone is worth the price of admission. |

Actually, my 360 worked just fine. I did call and say I was getting sporadic errors just because I wanted a perfectly good working condition 360 for when Halo comes out and sent it in.
Rhymes, I agree in a way. It is just an FPS, but what was revolutionary about the first one is that it is the first console FPS that really nailed the control scheme. It also is the most realistic in that you cant carry around a bazillion weapons and unlimited ammo. You are limited to two weapons and 6 or so grenades (I believe you can carry more grenades in 3, but not sure). It was the setting, the story, and the fact that you had to think about getting past that group of bad guys instead of just balls to the wall murder death kill. But really, it is just another FPS. The story rocks IMO and what drew me in. From the very first level in CE all the way to the disheartening ending of 2. That and Master Chief ****s Mario's and Link's all day long. Oh and the first time you encountered the Flood, scary stuff. Reminiscient of the first time you played parts of Resident Evil 1. Good drama. Good sound, great flow to the game. Sometimes repetitive in the later levels of both 1 and 2, but still a great game. Conversely, I thought MGS was ****. I think it might be the most overrated game ever. 1 playthrough, game sucks after that. Bioshock was gorgeous but has very little replayability. I might play 1 more time (that is, if I can be bothered removing the Halo 3 disc) and never touch the game again. |

I appreciate Mario, but Zelda and all the games except Ocarina Of Time were sub par games and mostly boring. |

Oh man, absolutely false. The original was awesome. #2 was gay. A Link To The Past was bad ass. OOT was pure greatness indeed. I never played Majora's Mask for some reason. Wind Waker wasn't terrible, but way too cartoony. And the new one was pretty boss.
In conclusion, Zelda > Homo 1, 2, and 3 |

I disagree but them Im not 4 years old and dont get easily amused at Link and the corniness of the games.
Zelda is by far and its not even close, the most over rated game series on the planet and second is Final Fantasy. |
