Control panel
Security
turn firewall on or off or allow program...but I don't know what "program" it would be...there's a few things that are being blocked.

Sounds interesting. I have Firefox, that's what I'm using now.
What are "mouse gestures", how do they work, what do
they do, and how do I install them?

Vlad ... are "mouse gestures" a program to assign the extra, added buttons on high-end mouses? Cause that's why I've never used Firefox - I have a high-end Logitech mouse with 5 or 6 extra functions and buttons, and they don't work in Forefox. Is there a way to assign these buttons with what you're descibing?

Ok, mouse gestures,

Tools, Add-ons, extensions.

Here is the link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/39

I have them set-up so the I click on a page and "drag" to flip pages. It's hard to explain. The page link gives a little discription, try it.

Sorry so vauge, I think it is something you need to experience.
