1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Worchester Sauce 1/4 Cup Liquid smoke liberal amount of garlic powder 1/4 cup meat tenderizer Makes about 3-4 12 oz. steaks the key is to leave the meat out inside a zip-lock bag in an a/c home or area, while every 2 hours massaging the meat a bit. Then slap it on the grill at home or while your tailgating and enjoy ![]() |
