And yes, I watched the first half to 3/4 of it, unless there was an excellent comeback ending then I stand saying it was a ****ty documentary. I have to question if the people who made the documentary even filmed any of the footage in it. Yes that is important. Context is extremely important in documentaries.
The dialogue was horribly delivered and it relied entirely on shock to make the viewer angry and ashamed in order to get it's point across. While this is certainly a useful tool it can't fill an hour and a half of film without becoming incredibly repetetive. Humans are cruel. Animals are warm and fuzzy. We are bastards. Over and over and over. In order make an effective point it has to go beyond that repetetive argument or else it simply comes across as an attack job put together by PETA or Green Peace.
