![]() Thomas Hickey is, second only to Kevin Shattenkirk, among the best defenseman in the draft in the transition game. A strong skater, Hickey has excellent vision and is a very good passer; giving him the quality to be a great player for moving the puck out of the defensive zone. Furthermore, Hickey seems to always be cool and plays a mature game, manoeuvring with the puck with a lot of confidence. Although a bit on the small side, Hickey isn't intimidated physically and is actually pretty strong. His defensive game is solid, although it could still use some work. Overall, Hickey has tons of potential and his offensive abilities and maturity are going to make him an interesting prospect to follow during his developpement.
http://membres.lycos.fr/nhldraft2007/ Doesn't seem too bad. |

![]() Our first trade. St. Louis sends the 9th pick to San Jose for the 13th (acquired from Toronto) a 2nd rounder and a 3rd next year.

![]() Two picks to go until the Avs are up and three guys I'd love to have are still out there. Cherepanov, Esposito and Petrecki.
I think Esposito goes right here to Montreal at 12. |

![]() I donīt see why itīs such a big deal if Cherepanov only has a year left on his contract. If the guy is as good as advertised, I think it shouldnīt be a huge deal if they have to wait a year to bring him to North America. Or am I missing something here? When the guy is out of contract, the lack of a transfer agreement shouldnīt be such a big deal anymore ....

![]() Well, Esposito does fall past the Habs. All three of my targets are still there with one pick to go.
